Wonton soup










Tau Foo Fah


4 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon gelatin powder
1/2 cup water

1.  In a saucepan, bring soy milk to a boil and set aside.
2.  In a separate saucepan, add water and gelatin powder to a boil.
3.  Add soy milk to gelatin mix, stir until boil and turn off heat.
4.  Cover saucepan or pour soy milk mixture into a bowl and cover.
5.  Let it cool and refrigerate.


Syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
ginger (sliced)
1/4 cup water
 
1.  In a saucepan, add sugar, ginger and water.  Stir constantly.
2.  Once sugar are dissolved, turn heat to medium low and stir for about 5 minutes until thicken.
3.  Remove from heat and cool.
