Garlic Shrimp
1 lb shrimp peeled and washed
2 tablespoon chopped garlic
2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon salt
A dash of pepper
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 fresh chili pepper (optional)
1. In a mixing bowl, add in shrimp, chopped garlic, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. In medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil and add in mixed shrimp. Put shrimp in pan in a single layer. Do not overlap. Cook for about 2 minutes or until pink on one side (it depends on size of shrimps) and turn shrimp to other side.
3. Once shrimp is cooked on both sides, add in green onions and stir-fry it for about a minute to mix and plate it.
